'AVATAR' movie trailer debuts; James Cameron's follow-up to 'TITANIC'

Avatar, already being tipped for an Oscar, is set during the 22nd century on a small planet called Pandora.

The martian land is inhabited by the Na'vi tribe, made up of ten-foot blue humanoids that are peaceful unless attacked. Humans cannot breathe Pandoran air, so they genetically engineer human/Na'vi hybrids known as Avatars that can be controlled via a mental link. Dec.18 release date.
